It provides technical, educational, and hands-on support to grassroots community projects in Tanzania, enhancing living conditions. Operating entirely with local staff, VOC collaborates with NGOs and communities, ensuring broad-reaching impact.

Josphat Mbata Mtisia Program Manager
Josphat oversees all programs at VCO, ensuring they are effectively managed and aligned with the organization’s mission. He is instrumental in coordinating and implementing a wide range of initiatives, from education and healthcare to environmental conservation and sustainable agriculture. His leadership ensures that each program runs smoothly and achieves its intended impact.
Shane Conroy
International Ambassador
Shane serves as the bridge between VCO and the global community. He promotes VCO’s mission worldwide, fostering partnerships, and attracting international volunteers and donors. His work ensures that VCO’s projects gain the support and visibility they need to thrive.

VCO Director
Gerald leads VCO with a strong vision for community empowerment and development. His background in social work and non-profit management, combined with his passion for gender equality, drives VCO’s mission forward.
