Volunteer program Introduction:

Vision Changer Organisation’s Childcare volunteer project offers a fantastic opportunity to support kindergartens and early childhood centers in low-income areas. Many families depend on these centers while they work.

Volunteers gain valuable childcare experience while assisting staff at centers that often lack sufficient funds and resources to provide the high-quality childcare essential for young children’s growth and learning.

Expectations

Childcare centers and kindergartens in low-income areas of Arusha are often bustling, with many families depending on them for daily support while they work.

  • Assisting with teaching
  • Caring for children
  • Playing games and arranging activities
  • Helping with feeding and mealtimes
  • Interacting and engaging with children
  • Other general duties.

Just Feel free to bring books, pencils, basic first aid supplies, and musical instruments to entertain the children and participate in activities. These items are usually available for purchase in Tanzania, which also contributes to supporting the local economy.
